Abberly People:

Abberly Property is a famly run company.  The founder and Managing Director, David Hutchins, has a background as a surveyor and years of practice in the building industry including much experience of fire and flood restoration.  He is committed to creating a business with an impeccable reputation for quality, attention to detail and genuine relationship building.

Our Qualities:

Trustworthy:  You can rest assured that your best interests are being served.

Professional:  Well trained, specialist personnel will advise and undertake restoration of your fire or flood damaged property.

Reliable:  We will meet our promises

Expert:  Damage refurbishment and restoration are our specialty!

Friendly:  An understanding and empathy is needed to mitigate distress in water and smoke damage situations.

Urgency:  We understand that fast action is required in disaster recovery.

How We Work:

1. Assessment: On arrival at the property for an emergency job, our operatives will quickly conduct a Health and Safety assessment of the situation, providing recommendations as to immediate steps required to minimise potential damage to people and buildinds. This enables a safe working environment to be created and sets the required work in an order of priority.

2. Response: Further building damage is reduced by undertaking the building damage response in a correct sequence. For example, damage repair will commence with immediate water pump out before a structural building drying program is commenced.

3. Advice/Recommendations: As work progresses, all activity and measures taken are reported to the client. For example as a structural drying program is under way, building dampness is monitored, the progress charted and reported to all relevant parties.

4. Repair/Reinstatement: With building damage minimised and the property ‘stabilised’ the program of damage restoration and building refurbishment can be scheduled and agreed.
